small business rate relief if:\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\t<li>your business only uses one property with a rateable value of less than \u00a315,000 or<\/li>\n\t<li>you use more than one property but the rateable value for each of your other properties is less than \u00a32,899, and the total rateable value is less than \u00a319,999.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\nYou can only get a discount on one property, and the amount you will get depends on the rateable value of your business:\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n\t<li>if your rateable value is \u00a312,000 or below it will be 100%<\/li>\n\t<li>if your rateable value is between \u00a312,001 and \u00a314,999 then relief will go down on a sliding scale from 100% to 0%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\nIf you don\u2019t qualify for relief but your occupied property has a rateable value of less than \u00a351,000 you will still pay less.
