Staff Panel
We encourage active participation with our staff panel. Members are drawn from across the business, ensuring that all staff are represented and that views are heard, listened to and acted upon.  The panel meets monthly and is a sounding board for new initiatives, whilst discussing ideas and concerns raised by the staff. The panel actively supports charitable causes and fundraises throughout the year for a nominated charity selected annually by the wider staff.
