Menopause Friendly Accreditation
Being recognised as a Menopause Friendly employer reflects our belief that everyone deserves to feel supported and understood at work.
We are committed to creating a workplace where colleagues can speak openly about menopause, access the support they need, and continue to flourish professionally. Through awareness training, supportive policies, and a culture of understanding, we ensure that menopause is treated as an important workplace wellbeing issue rather than a taboo subject.
This accreditation demonstrates our ongoing commitment to inclusivity, wellbeing, and helping our people be their best at every stage of life.
What is the Menopause Friendly scheme?
Menopause Friendly Accreditation is an independent accreditation that recognises employers who actively support colleagues experiencing menopause through inclusive workplace practices, policies and culture.
It was introduced to help employers raise awareness, reduce stigma and ensure people experiencing menopause can continue to thrive and remain in work.
The accreditation is run by Menopause Friendly (part of Menopause in the Workplace Ltd/Henpicked) and is assessed by an independent panel of experts.
Carolyn Knight, Head of Corporate Services, says:
“From my own experience, I know just how important it is to be listened to and supported during menopause. For over four years, I experienced debilitating symptoms that were not recognised as being linked to menopause at that time. I was left to research, understand and navigate the impact on my own, often without the support or guidance I needed. Looking back, I know how different that experience could have been if there had been greater awareness and more open conversations about menopause in the workplace. That’s why achieving Menopause Friendly Accreditation has been a personal mission of mine. I am passionate about ensuring that every member of the PartnershipOne team feels able to talk openly about menopause, feel confident that they will be listened to, and reassured that the right support is available. No one should have to struggle in silence or feel alone in their experience.”
