Our story

How we began

PartnershipOne was created through a shared ambition between Canterbury, Dover and Thanet councils. The aim was to deliver better services by bringing expertise and resources together in one place.

From the beginning, the focus has been on improving outcomes for residents while maintaining strong public service values.

Today, PartnershipOne is a well established service, building on its strong foundations to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. We continue to uphold our core public service values while evolving to meet the changing needs of our communities.

Our focus remains on putting customers first, achieving our key performance indicators, and working collaboratively to ensure services are efficient, effective, and responsive.
